Contact

Hi, I'm Taylor.

The best way to reach me is by email at hello@taylorleather.com. I read every message myself, there's no support team behind the inbox, just me at the bench between batches of work. I try to reply within 48 hours, and if you're asking about a custom piece or a quote, I aim to get back to you within 72 hours.

Good reasons to write:

  • Questions about an order you've placed, or one you're thinking about placing
  • Custom orders, including changes to something already in the shop
  • Repair requests on a piece I made, however old
  • Questions about materials, sizing, or how something will hold up over time
  • Wholesale or trade inquiries
  • Anything else, I'd rather hear from you before you order than after, if something isn't clear

I don't post a mailing address publicly, mostly for privacy reasons. If you need one for a return or to send a piece back for repair, email me first and I'll send you the right address to use.

I work weekdays on Lexington, KY time and check email about once a day, usually after the workshop is closed up for the evening. Weekends are slower, I usually don't get to messages until Monday morning. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and I'll do my best.

Thanks for taking the time to write. I'd rather have a quick conversation up front than get an order wrong.

, Taylor
