Storefront draft generation
DraftDrafts shop structure, page copy, starter product organization, and launch checklist notes from seller answers.
Fenfair AI use
Fenfair uses AI to reduce blank-page work for handmade sellers, not to take over business decisions, customer promises, payment decisions, or public publishing.
Where Fenfair uses AI
Drafts shop structure, page copy, starter product organization, and launch checklist notes from seller answers.
Turns seller-provided materials, options, process notes, and care details into editable product copy.
Prepares seller-approved campaign drafts, subject lines, and repeat-buyer messages.
Helps shape Fenfair training scripts and worksheets before human review.
Routes incoming support context internally; it does not answer customers on its own.
Creates illustrative storefront and brand mockups before real product media is attached.
Where Fenfair never uses AI
AI never gives final approval for storefront publishing, buyer emails, campaigns, proofs, or quote messages.
Sellers set prices, deposits, balances, fees, discounts, and quote amounts.
Stripe handles payment collection, payment method handling, disputes, and payout flows.
Sellers write or approve buyer replies before anything leaves Fenfair.
Sellers resolve buyer disputes and refunds with the relevant payment and order context.
Model providers
Text generation runs through Anthropic Claude under commercial terms that do not train on Fenfair data. Image generation runs through OpenAI GPT Image under OpenAI commercial terms.
Training data
Fenfair does not train AI models on seller or buyer data. Subprocessor commercial agreements confirm provider-side non-training for the model APIs Fenfair uses.
Image limits
AI-generated images are labeled "Illustrative mockup - not a real product photo" everywhere they appear before product publish. Sellers must upload at least one real product photo to publish a product. This rule is enforced at the platform level, not optional.
Seller disclosure
Sellers should disclose AI-assisted product descriptions or photography according to the rules of each channel they use. Etsy, marketplaces, Instagram, and email all differ. Fenfair provides editable AI-disclosure footer text in product descriptions so sellers can keep the disclosure in their voice.
