Brian Williams sets up your shop.
Concierge isn't outsourced to a contractor team. It's done by Brian, founder of Fenfair and operator of firehelmetshields.com since 2013. Fourteen thousand sales of handmade leather later, Brian understands what handmade buyers expect, what handmade operations look like, and what the day-one shop should feel like before you trust it with your business.
Brian's capacity is intentionally limited: maximum eight concierge sellers per month, so each setup gets honest attention. If you book and we're at capacity, we'll put you in the queue and confirm a start date.
Timeline
From book to publish in 7 days.
- Day 1: Kickoff call. We walk through your existing shop, brand, buyer, and operations style.
- Days 2-4: We do the work: brand kit, product migration, shipping config, storefront draft.
- Day 5: Review pass. You get a private preview URL and sign off before anything goes live.
- Day 6: Revisions. We adjust based on your feedback.
- Day 7: Publish. Your shop goes live and the 14-day Fenfair Core trial starts.
Full tier adds a Day 37 check-in call.
Prep
What we need from you.
To do the setup well, we need from you:
- A list of your products with prices, descriptions, and photos; export from Etsy or Shopify works and we'll convert it
- Your brand: logo file if you have one, your shop name, what you make, who buys it
- Your shipping reality: where you ship from, how long you take, what carriers you use, what is free and what is not
- Your custom-order workflow if you take custom orders: the questions you ask and the deposit you require
- Your buyer list if you have one, in CSV format or from your current email tool
- Stripe account; you create this, and we point your shop at it
- Custom domain if you have one; if not, we'll use a fenfair.com subdomain at first
That's it. We don't need access to your Etsy or Shopify password. We migrate from what you export to us.

Honesty
Concierge is setup, not running your business.
We are explicit about what concierge does and doesn't deliver:
- We set up your shop. We don't run it for you ongoing.
- We migrate up to 200 products. If you have more, that's a custom engagement.
- We do not write your product copy or photograph your work. We use what you give us.
- We do not manage your day-to-day operations. After publish, you handle orders, buyers, inventory, shipping, and taxes.
- We do not guarantee sales. We deliver a working shop. Selling is your business.
Questions
What sellers ask before booking.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
After your Day 5 review pass, if you don't want to publish what we built, we refund half: $249 for Starter, $375 for Full. The other half covers the work already done. You are never forced to publish something you don't believe in.
Can I cancel after I book?
Within 24 hours of booking, full refund. After 24 hours but before the Day 1 kickoff call, 75% refund. After the kickoff call, the satisfaction policy applies.
Do you charge Fenfair Core monthly fees during the setup week?
No. Your 14-day Core trial starts on Day 7, the publish day. Your first month of Core is free. After that, Core is $37/month or $370/year.
What if my migration has weird edge cases?
Tell us on the kickoff call. If it requires meaningfully more work than the package covers, we'll quote a fair add-on and let you decide before we touch anything.
What if you hit capacity for the month?
We'll put you in the queue and confirm a start date next month, with a refundable deposit. We don't take your money and make you wait.
I am a brand-new maker. Should I do concierge?
Probably not. Use the free build mode at /onboarding/setup first. The first weeks of running a handmade business require many decisions about your brand, buyer, prices, and shipping. Come back to concierge in six months if you want help relaunching.
