We notify sellers at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor or replacing one that processes seller or buyer personal data. The current list is always at fenfair.com/subprocessors.
Boundaries
Payment and data handling rules.
- Fenfair uses service partners only for work needed to operate, protect, support, or improve the service.
- Fenfair does not store raw payment card numbers. Card entry and payment authorization stay with payment processors.
- Fenfair does not sell seller customer lists, shop records, order details, or uploaded media.
- Service partner access is limited by purpose, contract, security review, and removal when no longer needed.
- Privacy and data rights requests can be sent through the contact page.
